as long as its a name brand item, its still that name brand, not everything from ebay is junk, only no-name ****. plus you save some money if your bidding on it.

about 3 years ago I put a Chikarra (sp??) Header (pos that i don't recommend) and I believe a 2.5" full stainless steel exhaust shipped for $160 i don't remember the brand but it was brand name. The only bad thing about the exhaust was it had a 5" exhaust tip. But again for $160 full stainless cat back I have been happy with it.

So you are happy that you spent $160 to make your exhaust sound like sh*t?

It has a quality muffler and HFC. it isn't as loud as you think but the tip is large. Actually the tip on my Civic is bigger than the tip on my EVO. But yes for 160 i am very happy with the exhaust. I can't remember the brand of it i will look tonight.

Screw ebay, support your dealers. Try andysautosports.com you'll find a plethora of parts specifically for your car and engine by both mediocre and high quality companies such as Borla, Magnaflow, DC Sports, skunk2, Apexi and so on. I highly recommend Magnaflow and Borla though. I'm pretty sure Magnaflow makes a cat back for your car. probably more likely than Borla. and you can also find Apexi there too.
