OK SO I GUESS WHAT I WANNA KNOW IS AT THE END OF THE DAY IF IT WERE POSSIBLE TO GET A K24 AND SLAP A TYPE S HEAD ON IT WILL IT B WORTH IT, OR SHOULD I DO AS MY FRIENDS ARE TELLIN ME AND GET A B SERIES MOTOR?

it would be worth the power, if you have the money to do it, very much torque compared to a b series. what is your budget?

Totally depends on what you wanna spend. The combo you are talking about is pretty potent and if you have the means I say do It.
