read the post above again, it was for the wrong thread, i'm sorry if i confused you too terribly much. and it's up to you whether or not to get a civic. if you strip a civic (depending what body) you can get it down to about a little over 2000 lbs. without the driver. and that's a good stripping job (lol). and now i'm going to ask what supra and camaro are you talking about and why do you want to build a car to specifically beat another car.

 

Let's just say I've been through this before with some kid from San Antonio that claimed he owned a Porsche 993. His last mistake was showing the video footage of himself smoking a WRX on a track... in Sweden.

I really do own a Jeep that used to look a lot like that though. That's just a model I built for fun, but the real thing got modded faster for some reason. And I actually have a computer I built that looks just like that Nextel Cup car as well. The car is part of my die-cast collection - I was a huge Rusty Wallace fan before he retired.

Why bother if you already have a Supra? Just punch out the Supra even further to make sure no 'weener' Civic can touch it.

 

then i suggest to you not to get one if those are your only goals.
