I've got a 2002 Civic EX Coupe and ever since I bought the car, it has two screws holding the license plate that are not the correct thread pitch. The screws have been loosely holding the plate on as I don't want to strip the threads. Does any know what the thread pitch is for these screws? I'd like to buy some correct screws from the hardware store and securely mount my plate.

Nobody? I'm assuming it's metric, so I'll either take a few guesses now or go "borrow" one from a neighbor so I can find out the thread pitch. Thanks anyways....

 

Your stealership should be able to give you an idea. Hell, maybe you can "borrow" them there?

 

I tried that route already. They couldn't help me...
