Default Limited slip identification

Hey everyone, new here.

Been searching for awhile, and nowhere can I seem to find a list of which engines/transmissions came with limited slip differentials and which did not. If anyone knows how to identify whether or not I have one (without actually lifting the car) I'd appreciate some help...

I have a 2000 EJ8 5 speed with D16Y8. I am assuming it does not, but I'd like to know for sure. It didn't feel like it did in the snow anyways. This would be a better thread of someone could actually list how to identify them and not just tell me if it is or not. VIN does not tell you.

The only LSD that came OEM from Honda was the CTR, ITR, CL-Type S......and i think the Honda Accord Type R also came with one.
The trans will have a black stamp on it to let you know.

you tell by the sticker on the trans, yours does not have lsd but if you want a lsd trans you can buy a lsd and open your trans and install it, they are around 250-600$
