Default Looking at turbo civic

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum but am looking at buying a 1997 civic hatchback. I was wondering how much hp you think these mods would add as well as how fast it would run 1/4 mile time.
It has a t-25 turbo, 450cc dsm injectors, p06 uberdata (What exactly is that?) rfl blow of valve, front mount intercooler, magnaflow exhaust/ great down pipe, CAI, z6 si tranny, 6 puck clutch , and a greddy turbo timer.
It also comes with a z6 head and two bare soch blocks, what the heck are those?
Thanks for your help guys.

the blocks are likely mispelled supposed to be sohc, which is single overhead cam, but you figure roughly 15 to 25 horse with the bolt on mods plus the stock power output then whatever boost level you run each psi of boost is usually good for 7-8 hp

?what?
anyway, yeah about 80hp....so around 200hp all together on a D16z6 if thats what you got...but you should build up the head and bottom end and boost with more psi for more power ive seen 400hp Singles

actually I think the hatchbacks only have 106 hp stock. the D16z6 has like 120 but I'm not positive
