Low MPG for my 98 civic ex coupe
Im getting about 180 miles on a full tank of gas, does that seem normal to anyone? if it isn't normal, any idea what it could be? i have to change the o2 sensor, could that be the problem? ...really confused here, please help!

That sounds bad, but you really need to calculate mileage (miles driven/gallons used).
Typically start with a basic tune up of the ignition system as problems with it are the most common cause of low mileage. Replace the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor and then check the ignition timing. Is the CEL ON?

Could you explain this a little more? If the O2S is bad and throwing a code, it's most likely what's doing the most damage to your fuel economy.
Like Ron said, a tune-up is a good way to start.
You should be getting 250+ miles to a tank. I usually started looking for a gas station at around 210-230 miles (I don't like when I'm driving a car with less than a quarter tank... makes me paranoid lol). And that was in an automatic '94 ex.

I get around 300 miles on 8.5 gallons usually in my 00 ex(I shift around 4k rpms, no less)
Lately though I've been hitting 315-330 on a little over 9 gallons, but I usually fill it up 1/4 way(gauge has to be off because I've been near Empty and the light never comes on)
