lowering my car

im gonnachange out the springs onmy 2000 civic ex and wanted to know if anyone had any tips for me....thanks!

change out the struts too... don't just put lower springs on stock struts, because it will ride like *** and wear out your struts faster... that's from experience

What type of drop are you looking for? Meaning, do you want something that will lower your suspension a bit (1.3" - 1.7") or do you want to totally slam your car?

well i already got the springs to lower it. but now theyre saying i should get new shocks too for my new springs.

if you plan on doing the work yourself, get new rear shock-mount bolts. Trust me, the stock ones will probably be seized up. I think I've only ever heard one story of them not being seized.
