lowering my civic
I just bought some dropzone lowering springs for my honda and am going to do all the work myself with a couple of buddies. Is there anything else i need to do to my car after putting the springs on and lowering it besides just getting an alignment?
noo ull be good with just an aligment. but be very carful when u take them outif ur not doing with a compressor cuz ive heard some feak stories were the spring poped is some ones face and they got all messed up.
Always use a spring compressor. (The one Autozone will loan you is really too large for Civic springs, kind of a pain to use.) Or take the strut/sprng assemblies off of the car and take them to a shop to have the springs changed. Very dangerous to try it otherwise.
