Default mirrors to help me park

so i hate to admit it, but i'm having a hard time curb parking or parallell parking in a tight space. 1) im afraid of messing up my rims/lip kit 2) i really can't see the street.
Is there any small mirrors I can add on to help me?

Plus I can not judge the distance of my car front or rear from other cars. For example while in the car it seems as if im really close to the car ahead, but if I get out of the car they are stll many feet away. My car droops down and I'm short so I don't even see the front. Any suggestions about that?

thanks

Do you have power mirrors?
If so, just tilt those down whenever you are getting ready to park.
As for judging rear distance, you can always install a back up cam, lol

there are these small round mirrors that you can stick onto your side mirrors. it can help you see the curb. i don't personally use them but heard that's what they are for. give it a try

If those are the little round ones that I am thinking of, they are actually more for eliminating your blind spot, you're still going to have to tilt your mirrors down when you try to park.

actually i failed that curb parking portion. I purposely did not want to drive too close as hitting the curb would mean automatically failing...

well i bought my nice rims and i still park away from the curb when i do park next to one.LOL those little round mirrors do help alittle..... but if you really scared about hiting a curb you could always get some of those curb rods.LMFAO

ya know the set of 2 LARGE SPIKES that stick out from around the wheels that will grind against the curb if you get to close.LMFAO those would look funny on a civic tho.

just try those little round mirrors out and youll get better with it over time.
funny thing was i never parrellel parked even in drivers ed.... long time ago. i even got out of the driving test due to drivers ed.... o ya we had it easy. (dam i feel old for saying that! )

I use the round blind spot mirrors on both side mirrors. They work great, and I haven't hit a curb ever since. You just look at the round mirror on the curb side and you can parallel park with ease!
