a crack in the exhaust would cause the cel and lean code, for it bogging, i would say change your fuel filter first to see if any improvments

had this problem a few months ago... let my car sit around for 6 months then when i started running it.. started bogging down when trying to accellerate..

usually just needs a tune up.. i started with the plugs and it made the car driveable again.. then i changed the plug wires and the thing runs again like new.. distributor cap still needs replaced though

The cracked header is making the engine run rich, which is probably fouling the spark plugs. Replace the header and then the plugs.

start cheap..

if u need a tune up.. do the spark plugs and wires first.. my car was bogging down when trying to accelerate but eventually would come back in higher rpms... but then the age of my plugs and wires eventually took its toll and the car just wouldn't accelerate ... i fixed it just by changing these...

otherwise it could be the rest of your ignition system (distributor cap) or the fuel filter (which isn't that hard to change at all)

I also have a cracked header but it doesn't hurt performance.... just makes noise when the engine is cold.
