pretty sure that chrome piece came with the car. i've seen them on stock 7th gen

 

yeah that little chrome bar piece came with the car.. i got the chrome led nozzle things to.

 

with a grand I would put some 16's and lower that baby. To me civics with 17's look realy funky if not lower. They look like lifted trucks LOL

 

i personally and most members on here would advise people to stay away from chrome especially. chrome and civics do not go well together.

 

LED washer nozzles are illegal. I'm surprised you haven't gotten in trouble for that yet in FL... they're not strict about very many modifications but LED nozzles is one they will definitely get you for.

Not to mention it's ricey as hell...

 

I have LED washer nozzles on mine and I drive them all the time at night, and I haven't had any problems with the police. Bought them at a auto store right next to a police station.
