Had to drive all the way up to Philly near my moms house (2 hours) .. but found exactly the car i was looking for.. 96 CX.. and it does have tilt steering in these models.. so not sure why some car sites say that it doesnt.. It has 112k on the car.. It is very clean.. im talking engine bay is super clean.. all hoses/cases/brackets look brandnew.. very nice.. interior minus the driver side mirror was ripped out from the sun shade.. all else is spotless.. outside has minor scrapes and need to get another set of the front license plate hole fillers as one is missing but for 4600 .. very nice find IMO.. working with a po'dung car dealer and my bank though so put in paperwork and faxed to my bank.. should be picking this baby up next weekend when i go back to visit my mom.. $4700!!!.. for my area this is very cheap for car in this good of shape.. only thing i notice is that the steering is a bit tight.. anyone else with 96 model have this issue? if not i figure its power steering belt/pump/fluid.. but im pretty stoked.. 2222lbs.. thats major lower compared to my crashed 99DX 2388lbs.. I just got the one dealer pic here at the moment but when i get it next week and change wheels back out etc.. ill add some more..

i have a 97 cx, i have no power steering and i think the cx's dont have powersteering, if i remember. But i might be wrong. Anyways when i started driving my car it was really hard and stiff, but now im used to it. When other people drive my car, they say its hard, but to me i like it expect when i have to parallel park, but i barely do that. by the way, what happen to your 99 dx hatch? for me, im still searching for a new hatchback.
