I went by this machine shop to see about parts and such and I ran across these to cars.The guy that owns them wasn't in town is on spring break.The blue and silver he wasnts asking price $200 and the red $1100.I am pretty sure the blue/silver is a 5th gen and the motor is toast a guy there said.The red one runs.I am thinking about purchasing the blue one can someone see if they can tell what year and model it is and any info or comments will be helpful thanks in advance ,NateP.S. they're both 5th gens, one coupe, one hatch

no body panels on the coupe = trash, the hatch is a good project

the year and trim on the blue one doesn't matter because the motor is trash as well as the body (the two main factors in determining the trim of the car)

 

i would go for the red hatch as well...you dont see too many eg hatches that look good.
