So this is my first time attempting this, i seem to have bent the valves so need to replace head. Luckily I have two extra heads laying around. I’m going to take replacement head to get machined and also going to replace gasket. I didn’t lose any oil when this happened and engined isn’t seized so that’s good. Questions I have though. One when I took the old head of I didn’t move the the crank so it’s at TDC 1 so I need help on how to time engine without pulling engine out. Second questions is since other heads were already off how do I set those to the correct I guess stroke? Like intake open or exhaust open, how would I know? Any and all information is greatly appreciated as I said this is my first time trying on my own. Thanks guys!
