Okay I feel dumb. I figured you guys would have already used the searched function here on HCF. AHHH, use it!!!!
https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_220058/tm.htm
I found that via the search. I was the first or second one that came up!!!

I called my uncle's tire shop (which is great for my future stickies and rims), and he said he'd be happy to let me borrow a couple of his heavy duty jacks and some space whenever I gotta work on my car. Tools too, as long as I put em right back were I found em.

Wow...seems like I've seen that thread some time back. I must have forgot it existed completely. Thanks for that.

Yea the tripod images didn't work because the text link when clicked would simply route you to the "image hosted by tripod" logo......

Me personally I'm (when I get the bolt removed) installing an ASR brace on the rear with the ITR sway bar
(this is a shot of an integra, but shows the same idea used on the civic's)
and if I was gonna get a front lower brace I'd get one of these:
....... It's thinner which makes it better for clearance and the four points of contact make for more strength.

I think I might be past the point in my life where it's appropriate to say something like "neener neener neener...I was right and you were wrong...neener neener neener".

aw hell, it was actually kinda fun to type that. still, thanks again for that search thing. man that's going to come in handy this or next weekend

neener neener kiss my ***. It worked initially and that's all that was needed. You mock me for helping. See if I am quick to help you if you continue to complain and poke fun.

97_ex, It's easy to do. Oh, so easy to do. All you do is remove four bolts and then put them back on. No sweat.

Come on, dude, I was joking. I thanked you numerous times for the Bomz bar thread find, and for going to the trouble to get those pix up initially. I have no problems with you. Thanks again, for your efforts, and I assure you I was merely joking.

sorry about that, man. I once had four pulled all at once. that wasn't fun at all.

as for alignment issues, it should line right back up, right? you might need to use a jack to push it back up into place to get the bolt back on. make sure you have stands AND a jack.
