New Car(used) or Turbo???
#14
because I really don't see a difference in completely building up a D16 and going all out with it with a turbo than doing the same thing to a different engine
correct me if I'm wrong, but if I'm building/boosting one engine over another, am I really going to see that much a of a difference or am I just spending more money to get a swap, then do the same results?

correct, but how much difference are we talking about? I know of potential and all that. If I go through with this I'm already spending some money on everything. But my main question is, am I throwing out more money for no reason when I can get darn near the same results with just building my current engine.

It depends on your power goals. If you want around 300whp or so, you're better off with a dirty d. If you want crazy power, like 500+whp, you might want to look into a B or K series. I'm thinking you're probably going to want traction, and therefore looking more at 300whp or under, though lol
