Default NEW CIVIC!!

well, i just bought my 98 civic ex last night, and im pretty stoked about it. right now, its got a mugen cold air intake, dc headers, and magnaflow exhaust system, and it sounds awesome. could you guys maybe help me figure out what i should do to it next? im not gonna put a WHOLE lot into it, im thinkin some rims and a few more performance parts... thanx!

riiiiiight. we've all heard that before.

start with the rims you want and a really good set of tires. that will make a big difference in the handling. then get a set of sway bars, a short shifter (its manual right?) with the bushing kit, and a set of good brake pads. that will just tighten up the car a lot, and make it way more fun to drive.

haha, sounds alot like me. just thought putting on some rims and an intake would be enough to satisfy me. but oooh no, next thing i know i'm shelling out $400 for a new exhaust system, buying a strut bar and coilovers, diamond plate floormats and whatnot. you get addicted quick

The next thing you should get is a nice set of rims and tires. Try Motegi, Volks, or 5zigens

yea customizin cars is like crack. once u start your addicted for life my car was meant for getting me to college now it sits in a garage all the time and is only a weekend car or nice day car.....def rims good rubber sway bars would be a good start.

I was like that with my gud'ol turbo...Just a filter...then came a Race gate...then the whole exhaust system...then i ran outa money
Id definetly get Some Unique Rims with Decent Rubber, you might not get as many miles out of em but you can will handle like its on rails Also Strutbrace to tighten the flexin up then maybe Shocks and springs, bilstien i hear are good...
