Default New Engine, or Rebuild?

alright, so in march of this year. i purchased a 93 honda civic dx. it has gotten up to about 313,000 km's. i have to put a new starter in it. and i've already replaced the alternator. It was maintained fairly well from the previous owner, and he tuned it slightly. I was wondering, should i do a rebuild? or swap in a different engine?

okay, im a total idiot, i forgot when i first bought it the odometer wasn't working...so it's only at about 155k, cuz we switched it out for a different one... haha, but needs a new starter so i think it will be fine once i throw one in.
