why not just find out why your gas guage and temp gauge arnt working instead of ricing out your civic,
get an ohm meter and test your temp sensor and your fuel gauge and see if they are bad or if its your cluster

He said OEM.

OP, I'd check ebay and local junkyards. You probably won't be able to find just the fuel/temp gauges, so you're most likely going to have to buy a whole cluster.

also while im checking that is there a fuse that could have blown for it, but i wouldn't bet on it because the gauge reads full so that would be more the sensor, since there is power to the gauge right??

well just because the needle is on full doesnt mean there is power to the little gage thing. because the needle doesnt come down on its own, even when the whole cluster is unplugged from everything. its kinda stiff (gravity wont pull it down to empty). ( at least thats how it is on mine... 92-95)

i think you would be better off if you could borrow a cluster and try it out?
