Default New Ride!

]As some of you may know, I've been hunting for a new Si.

Well the wife and I bought it yesterday evening!

2008 Si Sedan, Base trim, Fiji Blue Pearl (wife loved the color so much, she didn't care about the $2000 increase over an EX Civic)

daytime shots

gallery, you can see the DX it replaced in the gallery... DX went to CarMax today for $1700

4 dr are abosolutely beautiful and the 2drs are ugly! How much did it cost after tax?

Are you gonna mod it?

What's your 0-60 on it?

What weekly mpg do you get on it?

It requires premium, do you know if it can get by on 87? My 93 Mazda MX6LS required premium but I got by on 87 octane!

Its just a preferable taste...I love My 4 door accord. It's just much easier to access when you carry more than 2 people. On the other hand when I ride solo or with my girl friend I use my Civic Si. Nobody will argue on this one that 2 doors look much more sportier than 4 doors. Everybody has there own taste. I don't trip on my Si because I still don't have kids.

That is a nice Si >SEXY!!!>>> cderalow

4 doors = practical with a burgeoning family

I got a steal on it because the dealer initially misquoted a price on an '08 with Navi. So I ended up with this one for a steal. Total was under $22,500 with TTL. All for the lovely 2.9% rate they had going for president's day weekend.

No mods planned outside of putting in the all season floor mats, trunk tray and MusicLink, and outside of the MusicLink, those aren't mods. Maybe tint the windows, have to run that by the wife.

0-60 is supposed to be 6.8s, my 0-60 is more like 13s (I'm granny shifting like a ****)

mileage = unknown. Haven't even had it two full days yet.

You can run 87 in it, but it is definitely not recommended. I'm ok with paying the additional cost for premium.
