Hi,

Is it ok to buy almost new car (with only 500 miles on it ), but is 2 years old model ?

I am asking it because , the car is honda civic 2012, but has only 500 miles.

The owner has been parking car in street...So just wondering, if there can be any rust or other issues (inside engine or in mechanical parts) due to weather and not being used...

Suggestions will be highly appreciated...

Its a 2012 with only 500 on the clock?

With that little mileage i would be checking the car fax and looking at every corner for some type of repair.

Something sounds little fishy about that deal, what the asking price?

Probably not an issue... assuming as you say, it has a clean history, not flooded or anything like that. As already asked, what's asking price? That "could" tell you something if it's waaaaay cheap. And what is the reason it's not been driven much? Certainly wasn't purchased as an investment.
