It's more visible if you raise the car and look from underneath. There isn't a lot of stuff on that side that can leak coolant. If the seal in the pump itself is bad, coolant will come out the "weep holes" that appear to be in the block near the bolt for the top alternator bracket. There is a big pipe that goes across the back of the engine. It has o-ring seals on both ends, and also being steel it can rust out. There is a tee in the pipe on the left end leading to a small hose for stuff on the manifold. Again, much easier to examine if you get under the car.
