lol probably! What is the price for the evo compared to the sti? The american prices are much more different than the currency exchange price it should be.

The srt4 although fast for the money does not handle well................at all
I don't know much about that car, but if it doesn't handle well, I don't care how fast it is - it sucks, period. And as for no9t9, your SiR page totally convinced me to seriously consider getting that car, although it's not easy to find these days.
The '99 SiR is quite possibly the best low end car Honda ever made (in north america anyway...) I am totally satisfied with my car. It has given me absolutely no problems, except for the occasional spilled drink in those crappy cup holders... Sooo many options for the '99 SiR.. turbos, superchargers, stroker kits, engine swaps... and then the smaller stuff..

I don't know where you live but the SiR's are not that rare. The price is still a little high though. They go for around $11-$15k CAD where I live.

Yeah, I will probably look for one on some auction or something. I'm lookimg to get a rebuilder, since I already got some experience with restoration, and those are way cheaper than MSRP. Check out my site: http://www.cardomain.com/id/andryuha00

Well, I believe the 6th gen civics were the best built. I know a mechanic at a honda dealer near me and he tells me that the 7th gen civics have been having a lot of problems. He sees a lot of 7th gen civics come in for stuff that normally wouldn't be a problem on the 6th gen.

I haven't talked to him lately and this was around the time when the 03's came out.. so the quality may have improved since then.

Personally, I think Honda is still a little behind Toyota on quality.

That's true, and I'm not just saying it because I own one.
