please help with o2 sensor

Arrow please help with o2 sensor

ok i got some new headers and i pulled my old ones today and i cant get the o2 sensor off. so im going to buy i new one its very old so im going to get a new one . were can i get a new one. i think a saw something long time ago some other engine used the same o2 sensor. i dont want to spend 45 dollers lol thanks for the help.

you have to heat up the old one to get it off, a tip next time, let car run for a little bit to heat up exhaust then remove o2 then remove exhaust. take the old manifold to a muffler shop they can remove it for ya, they shouldnt charge much, most of the time its free

i dont now were a muffler shop is and i dont wont do go do that. and i have no room to work when the headers are on so i cant heat the car up take it off no thats not going to happen and i dont have a blow torch lol i dont now what to do. thats why i wont to buy a new one for the new headers do you now if another engine that uses the same o2 im just going to buy another one. thanks for your help. d15b vtec

Theres a special tool that they make specificallly for removing o2 censors that are located in tough spots like on the original headers. we had to buy one when we replaced mine. Go to autozone or advance or whatevers nearest you and your either A gonna have to find a prety new used one from another engine which wont be very smrat or be just but a new one idr where i bought mine but itwas neccessary and worth it. Unless you wanna spend days searching for a relatively nice one that'll still go out faster than a newone. Its your call tho.
