Default Reading list

Ok, it's official. My learning curve has hit a serious plateau. I place the blame squarely upon the shoulders of my work's internet filter, but that's a whole 'nother stirry.

Anyway, I asked Sacicons in a thread the other day how he knows so damn much and his (and Remmy's) reply was, "I read alot." Well, what the hell are you reading?

Post your fancy book learnin' here.

P.S.- I read Hayne's Extreme Customizing and it wasn't much help.

you need some old import magazines, from back a few years when they actually wrote about cars people could afford. and the Haynes manual has taught me some, along with a book i borrowed from a friend on balancing and blueprinting. it was written about v8s, but a lot of it is relevent. and a book called something to the effect of "honda performance handbook" or "honda/acura performance" or something like that. pick up a few of those, and you will learn a ton of info.

You read Playboy?

J/K I need to read up too. Too bad I'm stuck reading text books most of the time. I should get some stuff before tgiving break, it'd be nice to have in the woods.

Sacs, is this the one you're thinking of?

I tried reading my Haynes manual just for fun, but it doesn't do me much good to learn how to remove parts when I don't even know what they do.

Also, Haynes Xtreme Customizing = Rice Gallery

Sweet, these guys have their own website, http://www.hondabook.com
I read the first chapter and it sounds more like what I am looking for. I'll probably buy direct from the author instead of from the bloodsucking thieves at Amazon. Did I say that out loud?
