Redline - when?

I have a '96 Hatch CX and I don't have a tach in it. I was wondering at what speed am I redlining in each gear?

It's probably 7, but I wouldn't push it over 6 anyways unless it's tuned for it.

i think he means mph not rpms.
but anways, im not sure about you, but my d16y8 redlines first around 20ish( it goes by too fast to look)
second is about 57, third is around 85, fourth is like 110 or 115 not sure, then 5th cuts out at 120 anyways

ya those are about right. I got a 96 cx as well and i change from 1st at about 25, 2nd - 55, 3rd - 80 or 85, past that don't really know cuz i've never payed attention.

with my 97 civic dx [d16y7]1st goes to 25 2nd to 55 3rd to 80 4th to like 105 and 5th to like 115 but i got intake and exhaust so im not sure if that changes anything

2nd---1.761---3685/6800---64.3mph
3rd----1.172---4526/6800---96.9mph
4th----0.909---5274/6800---124.5mph
5th----0.702---5251/6800---161.3mph

cx, dx, and lx cars have different 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears. CX transmission have the longest gears of them all. 1st and 5th are the same though.

These are for the 92-00 ex's and 92-95 si's

1st----3.250---0000/7200---35.2mph
2nd---1.900---4209/7200---60.2mph
3rd----1.250---4739/7200---91.6mph
4th----0.909---5236/7200---125.9mph
5th----0.702---5560/7200---163.0mph
