Default Rice Burners?!

Well, let's see. I own a 1986 Honda Civic EX 1.5 CARB. Its not fast at all. Needs an oil change, radiator flush, sparks, air filter, struts, shocks, and alternator. The fan is on a toggle switch which means I have to turn it on every time I enter the vehicle. A few more things are needed but those are the basics. Now, its gonna take me a while to fix those things. BUT eventually they will get fixed. So my question is... Because I will be the cosmetics things done more rapidly than the performance upgrades, is "OL SKOOL" [personal name for my car] considered a rice burner?

But they say people who only fix the outside of the car rice burners. I don't know. Hey know any sites where I can get custom parts for it.

"rice burner" is a term typically used for someone who spends their money on useless crap. ie body kits, stickers, park bench wings, etc... But, if you're around hillbillies, they'll refer to anything non domestic as a rice burner, because they're ignorant

True that. Anyways, you wont get much in the way of looks for the car, keep it a sleeper and do a sick swap.
