Default robbed horses?

Okay, right now i believe my whole exhaust system is like completely shot...a while back I blew my head gasket and i fudged up my water pump and a bunch of other things...but at that time i a lot of water and oil spuing out of my exhaust. So now i believe that my exhaust is basically shot and useless, hence, i am gonna get a new one on, but the question is...is this losing horsepowr, and how much if it is?

well that depends on how shot your exhaust is... if is partially plugged up, it could be losing some unmeasurable amount of power... there could also be a rusty leak from the water that got in there... or the oil could clog your cat and really eff up your power... so there is no way to tell you how much you are losing from it if you are losing any at all...

kk, im not sure how bad it is, but i wanna get a new exhaust and cats to, today i pulled up to like a 2003-4 hyundai sonata or sumthin, and we felt like racing. I kept up with him, he gained maybe 6 inches on me tops, and i was just wondering, if i had like 3 more ponies i would have been there...not bad fro my crappy 93 civic
