Ok lets see if i can get all this out and not confuse everybody.First lets start by leting everybody knows what I gots.I have an (ek)96 civic ex that I slapped a z6 short block in and put all the y8 stuff on it.YeA, i know.I got check engine lite on cause knock sensor,But who give a crap.It cost mee 500 for the whole car with blown motor.
Soon I'll be getin my old super b back from the guy Itraded it to.In it I have jrsc with 10lb pulley,525 cc precision inj,hondata s300.All in a (eg)93 civic ex.Now for my ???
I want to put it in ek cause it got ac and ps.I know I can get obd2 to obd1 jumpers but will I have to buy a b20 oil pump for the crank angle sensor?or will the obd1 ecm not see it.And will the the jumper take care of knock for me or will I have to wire it up like I did in my eg?
Or will it be just more simple to swap to obd1 in the ek?And what is involved to do that?I have done all the wiring on the hood to ecm just not under dash,or is under dash not even involved inthe swap to obd1?



I and I have done _searches and can not find what I want to know.So don't give me crap.

OBD1 ECU will not look for a CKF sensor, if that is your question
