Are there any other seats I can swap for the factory stock seats in my Civic. I am going to a salvage yard and need to know what to look for.

hey there, i have a 94, and i put in some EK (96-00) seats in mine, 3 of the 4 bolt holes line up perfectly, the 4th one you kind of have to fudge, but they look way better and are much more comfortable.

but then again, i don't know what your looking for, potentially a 92-00 civic seat would fit, i don't know about any other makes or models

 

I believe you can fit other oem seats using your stock seat brackets, but I'm not sure. I've seen integra seats, EK seats, rsx seats\, s2k seats, del sol seats, and crx seats all put in civics. I can't say what would be easiest (I'm thinking the rsx and s2k seats would be the hardest and ek/del sols the easiest).

 

I have used 02 WRX seats before...VERY comfortable, but the brackets require modification. You'll need a drill with a few titanium bits, a sawzall and a torch and after a few hours they fit right in.

 

pretty sure you can use 88-00 Civic, Del Sol, CRX, and 94-01 Integra seats without any modification

I know a guy who put s2000 seats in his del sol without really any modifications... i think he said that the s2000 seats bolted right up to his del sol seat's brackets (which would mean that the same thing would be allowed for any of the above mentioned cars)
