i just scufffed on of my rims from parallel aparking, apparently the curb wasnt even and a brick was sticking out and i didnt see it, grrrrr so pist, but at least i bought a spare 5th rim

 

how bad is it? is it like lilttle sissy scrathes or like scars haha

 

ya thats exactly why buying 5-6rims kicks @ss
im gonna buy 6 rims and 5 fullsize tires. to run a fullsize spare and a backup rim just incase the road bites back!


i remember my first curb swipe... even tho it was only a touch THAT SOUND>>>>>> OUCH.... still hurts thinking of it! at least i was going realy slow and jsut VERLY caught the curve.

worst feeling in the world after spending so much money on rims!

ya worst thing was the tires SO CALLED curb protectors.LOL WHAT A JOKE for 17s..... the rims STILL are even with the tires maybe with a not as wide rim they would work good.... but not with your typical wide 17s

 

yea hte curb protectors dont help too much, i doubt ill be throwing my spare on soon tho, ill live with the scratches for awhile that is until it gets worse.. knock on wood lol
