Default Specific parts / what they do?

If you can help me that'd be great..I just need a small description on what it does, purposes of it, and if it increases performance any? (if applicable)

Timing Belt
Water Pump
Dist Cap
OEM Wires and Plugs
Headgasket (rebuilt by a Honda Tech)

Spoon ECU

AEM Hybrid Cold Air Intake

Greddy Cat Back Exhaust

Cusco Front upper strut bar
Cusco Front lower tie bar
EM's Racing rear upper strut bar
EM's Racing C pillar bar
EM's Racing triangle bar
Nuespeed rear lower tie bar
Cusco 6 point rollcage with chrome Cusco 7th bar

Hasport motor mounts
Hasport shift linkage
Hasport wiring harness

Exedy Street Clutch

Battery relocation? (rear end)

I'm just here to learn as much about my 'passed' down car as much as possible! Thank you very much.

I found out strut bars help out in suspension and handling corners but what do full rollcages like the one stated above do?

That clutch was brand new installed so I guess I know the benefits of that.

What exactly do the Hasport products do? (motor mounts, shift linkage, wiring harness)

For the greddy catback exhaust..I'm almost 100% sure that it's the SP2.

Benefits of an AEM cold air intake (HYBRID)? It's always cold here in the bay area! yeaah

and finally was just wondering about what do these do: (performance/handling/other gains)
Timing Belt
Water Pump
Dist Cap
OEM Wires and Plugs
Spoon ECU (not sure how it's programmed)
Battery relocation to the rear trunk

Thanks a lot everybody!

These are all necessary for your car to run properly. The come stock:

Timing Belt
Water Pump
Dist Cap
OEM Wires and Plugs
Headgasket

The ECU, Intake, and Exhaust all help performance (horsepower/tq wise).

These are all suspension upgrades that help the handling (taking corners quickly, etc.):
Cusco Front upper strut bar
Cusco Front lower tie bar
EM's Racing rear upper strut bar
EM's Racing C pillar bar
EM's Racing triangle bar
Nuespeed rear lower tie bar
Cusco 6 point rollcage with chrome Cusco 7th bar

I'm pretty sure the Hasport stuff is for an engine swap.

The battery relocation just frees up room under the hood.

And obviously, the rollcage will keep the car from crushing on top of you if you flip your car.

headers look into DC Sports, Apexi, etc. i would go with DC Sports b/c they have like just about every imaginable header(almost). but i dunno how much power u will get out of it. They say 10 HP but i seriously doubt it.

Uhhhh. Well they come with the stock header. There's only one header on a 4 banger.

But that's not a header. That's an exhaust manifold.
