starting a civic

Being the underage newbie that i am, i was wondering when i actualy do get a civic (SI year 2000 hopfully less than 45,000 miles) what should i start will as far as moding? I want it to be fast and cool looking but i don't have $. Could i get sponsored or no and how does that work? Car shows? Help me out

well im also a "newbie" so it will be cool to kno from people with experience. i personally want to get a system first then work on performance mods. about a sponsor i wouldnt suggest it cause if im not mistaken you will have a tyte car but it will be travelling with your sponsor everywhere at shows and stuff (sorta making the car theirs with out selling it)

i just turned 16 so im sharing my civic with my bro untill he finds a good 350z to buy. he has a sony cd player in it and it is the wierd shaped fitting so i want toput the factory head unit back in and get a slave cd player from ebay so it looks stock and put twoo sony 12" p5s w/ a 1000w amp. cost about $200-300. probable will put some 6x9s in the rear deck and 6"s in the front

thats tyte i just turned 16 and ive have had countless nearmiss accidents (whille speeding offcourse)
