If you can power through it then it is probably your balance on your wheels if you can't then it is probably your alignment. And yes it does.

This is definitely a problem with your tires. I had the same thing happen to me when i would hit 65mph.. got the wheels balanced and problem solved!

I guess it doesn't pay off to have my family in the tire/alignment business for over 30 years then, i don't what they were thinking....

Alignment causes unwanted wear patterns and awkward tire ground contact patches. If the frame is bent and the alignment is off by a 1/2", then yes, it will affect it, but if that's the case, I don't think he should be worrying about a little vibration.

I think high speed vibration is usually balance, slower speed is bent wheel or bad tire.
