For the headers I hear they are both really good and since its a daily driver I would save a little money and grab the Megan Racing ones. then you can buy something like a rear sway bar as well. Or the strut bars which megan racing makes as well.
Get a A2 ECU instead of Vafc-II, you don't need a VAFC-II for a mini-me swap, hell you wouldn't need a VAFC-II unless you went mild boost or N2O. And there's no need for a tune either, it'd be a waste of money. Pick up both front and rear sways, they'll help.
The reason for the VAFC-II instead of the ECU, other than the fact the guy is selling it as a pair, is becaues i've heard the ECU's are pretty expensive (like $1k) and something about having to bring it to honda to reflash the keys? Also, with the VAFC-II and a tune I've heard with the mini-me you can get a little more out of the swap....
thanks guys for your input!

I"ve never heard about the keys needing to be reflashed. the point I'm tryin to make with the VAFC-II and a tune is that for the price you'd pay you won't see the gains your expecting. You'd be lucky seeing a 3-5 hp gain on top of what the mini-me swap would give you. Spend the money on sway bars instead you'd be much happier with the results.
