they're drift charms. Idk how it is now, but touge drifters used them to perfect exiting a corner. When you can exit and straighten your car out and not have it still swinging it means your exit is perfect. I like them but they have no place on a civic.

Chopsta i think yours is rice done right, it looks like you didnt cheap out o nanything and the fitment of everything is pretty good, get a gallery up so we can see more pics!

sorry , stuffed animals/ toys in or on a car is gay
they belong on some little girls bed
i know a 50 year old guy who puts stuffed animals on his back seat then straps them in with the seat belt - you guessed it , never got laid in his life[:'(]

Pretty much I think rice is people trying to bling out there ride with no money.....like body kits that don't fit right and are two toned colored (or more). Big spoiler thats not painted right. But I like chopsta's whip I don't think thats ricey, thats how it's done right.
