IS THERE ANY1 OUT THERE WHO HAS AN EG CIVIC HATCH AND PUT EP CIVIC TYPE R SEATS INTO THERE CAR?

IVE JUST BOUGHT SOME OF THE 05 ANNIVERSARY RED & BLACK SEATS, I TRIED FITTING THEM BUT THE SUB FRAME'S ON THE TYPE R SEATSWERE AN INCH TOO SHORT.

NOW IVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY WONT FIT THERE TOO HIGH :-S

BUT A FEW WEEKS AGO I SEE SAME TYPE R SEATS ON EBAY, SAYING THEY WERE MODDED TOFIT INTO AN EJ1 CIVIC? IS THAT THE SAME AS AN EG CIVIC?


I NEED ANSWER'S,AS IM DESPERATE AND HAVE 300 POUNDS WORTH OF MINT CONDITION TYPE R SEATS SITTING IN MY ROOM :-(

I dont know what type of civic you would call mine (EG, Ek what ever) but its a 1996 hatch 1.4 and ive got the type R seats in mine, they where already in there when i brought the car so i dont know how he fitted them, but they fit fine now!

Sorry if i didnt help much, just thought i'd say they can fit!
