Is there a way to tune my car via computer?

Is there any programs out there I can get on my computer to help tune my car?

Well, you need a program on your PC it sound like? What program is on your ECU?

Software for PC is usually free and easily available. However, you need to buy a chipped ECU with a specific program/chip (I have the Hondata S300) installed.
