i ordered them already though, hopefully they will come soon, i'm sick of my amber ones, they are too amber and stand out too much, i really like the look of the smoked ones.

make sure to do lots of measuring, make sure the measurements are precise and check it 3 or 4 times, cuz once you cut thats it no turning back. patience is the key, and its better to cut the hole smaller than bigger. once you over cutted your fenders are done. if you make the hole smaller you can always go back to it to make the hole bigger. take your time, measure it 3 or 4 times and you shouldn't have a problem.

Never done it before, but I can tell you from experience with cutting anything that patience is the biggest factor. You only get one chance. Cut away too much metal and you're screwed.

i used a dremel instead of the metal nibbler. its not hard to cut, just take it easy and take you time, don't rush through it

haha man, make your own print this template out http://www.talkjdm.com/SidemarkersDiagram.pdf make sure to print in actual size and not scale to fit. follow the measurements on this DIY http://talkjdm.com/showthread.php?t=518 and use masking tape or painters tape to mark your measurements and to hold the template. make sure its on tight enough that when you mark your template it doesn't move. here's what i did

EDIT: here's what i did to make sure everything is precisely measured for the template. i take the template that i printed out and taped it to a cardboard. cut the hole for the side marker. and put your side marker in so that it fits perfectly and is not loose. also you can use that cardboard template and use a pencil to outline the side marker and cut along the outline.
