I'm from Canada,and thinking very strongly of getting an 08 Civic Si 4 door. Anyone here had any problems with theirs or is their anything I should know before I take the plunge?? Any input would be appreciated.

 

I know theres a couple of recalls for it. so make sure you talk to the dealer to make sure they are all fixed

 

If you buy it and a recall comes out you get a letter and you go get that fixed with no cost. I like them. I drive them almost everyday for work.

I drive a 07 civic si coup. It happens to me about once or twice a week. But there are worst cases.

i have a 08 civic four door and i have never had the 3rd gear grinding problem or the 5th gear problem that alot of people have talked about. if your looking for something that is somewhat quick and fun to drive go for the si.

 

are you guys sure you're talking about the same Si as him? canadian Si is our EX
