those of you with 2004 2005 honda civics that came with factory oem fog lights, are you able to turn the fog lights on and off with out having the headlight or parking lights on, or do they require the head lights to be on in order to use the fog lights? thanks for your help.

 

Nope you have to have the lights on, there is a way to wire the lights so you can turn them on without the headlights, but you do need to change some wires around.
