I'm pretty sure a 195 will fit on a 7 inch wheel but you might want to go 205/45/15 for that. With 7 inch wide wheels you gotta make sure the offset is exactly how you want it though because once you get into 205's is when you start worrying about rubbing. Are you lowered?

I would just get 6.5" wide and 195/50 if I were you though. Or 195/50 if it fits on 7".

And you never answered my other question about the lug nuts...

yea the price range man...

lug nuts run from dirt cheap all the way to $200 +

The dirt cheap ones are the crappy no-name ones... the cheapest I would ever buy are the Muteki lugs, which are ~$50 on ebay, but they look funny. The cheapest aftermarket black hex lugs I know of are the Mugen ones at ~$100. I have black Rays lugs, which were about $130. I was really determined to get black ones in the style I wanted and that was how much I had to spend to do so.

check out this site for lots of lug selection:

If you like either of these colors, these lugs are a pretty good deal

i'd recommend these but they're out of stock... they look very similar to my Rays lugs

Oh and here's the mugen ones:

I think these are also a pretty good deal...
1. they're Mugen
2. they look good
3. they're cheaper than the other brands... and they're Mugen... which is surprising
