I have a new 1.8V (automatic). I was able to do 202 KMPH without the aircon on. wanted to know if that really is the top speed or have others got more from it??

 

200 km/h doesn't sound that impressive. Igot to180 km/h in my old 5spd ford tempo... haha and I hit 180 at the top of 4th gearin my mom's 5spd sunfire... butI hit the limiter, and I couldnt go any faster... lol.

 

ei. its good to hear that. I did 223kph on my 1.8v manual. I think it can go faster but it needs room to do that.

 

I hit 289.5 km/h in my stock civic but I wasnt even trying to go fast...I was racing a Merc-Benz SLR supercharged V8 and I smoked him that he was so small in my rear view mirror, I had to install a larger mirror to be able to see him...

 

Shoulda used NAWS . Or install electric s/c...then you can take on teh mustang gt's.
