Thats pretty crazy, hope the guy in ICU is alright.

 

As of right now he is stable, but they have to operate on his broken hip yet this week.

Not sure if there will be any sueing going on, my parents know the owner of the truck pretty well. It was a company truck.

Also I'm pretty sure my buddies insurance is going to have to cover mostly everything.

Well, those crashes aren't so bad if they're 80 mph crashes. Guess it holds up well then.

Me, driving home - everyone passes me going 65 mph. I do strictly 65 mph to get 42.5 mpg tank fills.

i frontended a deer on I-95 and became disabled (crinkled hood tore the dizzy off) in the middle lane late in the evening...the driver who rearended me ignored me and another guy waving 1/2 mile up the road for people to slow down...

 

that's an easy lawsuit to win if you brought that up

as in you warning that idiot and him totaling your car. What if people were down there around the car and he killed them? And how did he smash into your car, he sees a messed up car and deer, but continues to drive into it?
