If it's real sloppy, pull it out and put your stock air filter box back in. You don't want to be driving with leaks between the air filter and the engine because they will let dust into the engine and wear it out.

Unlikely to get your money back because you told them to "make it fit" and install it anyway knowing it was the wrong part. That was a big mistake. At that point you could have returned the thing and gotten either the right one or your money back.

I don't think theres any indication of leaks with it.
There are only dents in the intake, i didn't see any holes. and you can alwas tighten the couplers.
