only way to find out for sure is, both of yall just go to the tracks and race.

 

i would imagine the mustang would rip better in the higher speeds but there is only one way to find out

amildly built 5.0 can run 13's with a good driver. a boosted z6 with stock internals would probably be in the mid 14's.

but a stock 5.0 usually runs between mid 14's and 15's depending on drivers

race him, video it, then report back to us. and try not to make it on a public road

 

A cam in an other wise stock 5.0 is doing absolutely nothing. Believe me I know from some mustang experiance, if anything the cam may even be hurting the cars performance, in those engines you need to swap the heads and intake manifold to even notice a cam.
