Straight from my friend who works in quality management for Honda about the 06 civic...

A------------: of course.... now that i work at a plant, i would never buy a brand new car
A------------: hehe
A------------: i mena, one that was in the first year of production

Me: Like the new civic's?

A------------: there are some probs with em
A------------: hehe, some big ones
A------------: can't really talk about em
A------------: but let's just say, don't be in a rush to buy one
A------------: they're fixin it, get one next year lol

A----------: and they don't tkae the time to take all the parts out
A----------: they crush the cars

Talking about Pilots, he works at the plant in Alabama so they make the Pilot and Odessey.

That's another reason never to buy when a big change in design happens.......there's usually always bugs in the design.

Yeah, my mom made that mistake a while back with the Olds Alero first came out. Not only was it the first production year, but there was a strike going on as well, so it was made by lackies. The whole thing fell apart piece by piece, but she got every cent back in a Lemon Law lawsuit.
