I want to know something about the USDM headlight of a civic 99-00.
Could anyone tell me please, which of the following marks are at the OEM USDM headlights?
[ul][*]an E with a number behind, both in a circle[*]HC/R[*]SM1 or SM2

I want to install the USDM headlights, but in germany we have strict regulations.
That "E" is the minimum requirement. An additional SM1 or SM2 is optimal.
Please guys, reply. (A picture would be delightful.)

I've got a '98 civic, which is slightly different, but there's a couple '99's around in the parking garage where I work, I'll take a peek this afternoon

 

99-00 headlights look just like the ones you pictured, E13 and all

96-98 headlights are same, only E4
