Vibrations

Default Vibrations

today drivin home from work i noticed the civ starts shaking at around 48-50 mph. its fine below that. took a look under the car and saw nothin unusual. havent open the hood to look arund there. and ideas where to start

Make sure all the wheels are balanced correctly, and check all of the brake components for warpage, etc.

kind of odd. it wasnt like that this morning on the way to work though.
guess ill look into it more tommorrow

If it varies it probably is the tire pressure...that's what happens to me every day

yeah, if it was just out of nowhere, id say first thing to check is tire pressure.

id say check the tire pressure, also remember with the cooler weather the air in the tires doesnt expand as much as they do in the summer, also the tires might need to be balanced....hope this helps

Also make sure that itz not too cold in ur car. If its cold in ur car make sure that ur not holding the steering wheel while ur shivering.
